• Schools in 114 former municipalities visited for information and recruitment visits.
• 27 new members of the national committee trained in communication techniques and monitoring ongoing school reforms.
• 1-day sensitization meetings in 5 provinces for 5 Government representatives and 3 STEB representatives from STEB province and municipality committees.
• STEB Strategic Plan reviewed by STEB National Committee to identify relevant project activities for 2027 to 2031.
• 1-day training for 190 new women representatives in the STEB committees at municipality level conducted at provincial level.
