Activities
- 40 Employers, Labour Inspectors and School Representatives meet for a Negotiation Awareness 2-day workshop. The expected 30 participants that shows interest in signing CBA are invited for a follow-up 2-day workshop to sign CBA. This leads to a follow-up 1-day meeting for 20 of the participants.
- 40 newly elected School Representatives trained using the leadership training materials revised in 2024.
- 20 local SYNEDUC leaders trained for recruitments visit to hard-to-access and remote private schools.
Outcomes
- SYNEDUC has created better working relationship with employers and more CBAs has been negotiated and signed based on successful case examples from 2025.
- Members are getting better services from SYNEDUC and more teachers are encouraged to join SYNEDUC, recognizing the tangible benefits of union membership.
